What do you need to consider with a HydraFacial®?

Before treatment:

  • Avoid aggressive peels, waxes and acidic products at least 2 weeks before your treatment.

After treatment:

  • Protect your face with sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30.

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure.

  • Occurrence of irritation, tension or redness are quite normal. Within 72 hours, these usually disappear.

  • You feel a slight tingling or stinging sensation – wait a few hours and these sensations will disappear all by themselves.

  • Please avoid aggressive peeling, waxing and acidic products for at least 2 weeks after treatment.

HydraFacial® is perfect for anyone who wants healthy, well-groomed skin. The treatment cleanses the skin thoroughly and removes dead skin cells. It is also effective against blackheads and blemishes. Incidentally, make-up artists often recommend the HydraFacial® a few days before special occasions such as weddings for a radiant appearance.

The HydraFacial® treatment may only be carried out by trained beauticians, all of whom are trained by the only licensed HydraFacial® distributor in special training courses. The HydraFacial Austria training center is located in Upper Austria and is operated by the company Ecomedic.

HydraFacial® is the original from Hollywood with 25 internationally held patents. However, there are now many copycat products on the market that have similar names but only achieve average results. As a cheaper option, we recommend our medical peelings such as the fruit acid peeling. And keyword: skin tightening from between 30 and 40, where treatment with Morpheus8 or Ultherapy would be excellent alternatives.
