  • No sunbathing or solarium 1 – 2 weeks beforehand

  • No epilating, waxing or sugaring for 3 weeks before the treatment

After treatment:

  • Avoid strenuous exercise and saunas for the first 24 hours

  • Avoid strong sunlight and tanning beds for 2-3 weeks

  • Protect the treated areas with clothing or sun cream (SPF 50)
