What is NCTF® 135 HA?

NCTF® 135 HA is a medical active ingredient complex consisting of 60 bioactive substances. And their common goal: to support the skin from the inside out at cellular level so that it can renew itself naturally.

The most important components of NCTF® 135 HA include

  • Hyaluronic acid: ensures intensive moisture retention
  • Vitamins & minerals: support cell metabolism and have an antioxidant effect
  • Amino acids: provide building blocks for collagen and elastin
  • Co-enzymes: regulate central metabolic processes in the skin
  • Glutathione: protects against cell damage as a powerful antioxidant

The highly concentrated active ingredient solution is injected into the skin with ultra-fine needles or used as a serum – for example as part of microneedling treatments.

How does NCTF® 135 HA affect your skin?

NCTF® 135 HA starts where skin ageing begins: In the declining cell metabolism. This is because the activity of fibroblasts decreases with increasing age. However, as these skin cells are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, the skin loses elasticity and moisture.

And this is precisely where the NCTF® treatment comes in: The hyaluronic acid it contains moisturizes immediately, which provides an initial glow effect. However, the actual effect only gradually sets in over the coming weeks and months: The rich mix of active ingredients creates an optimal microenvironment and stimulates the fibroblasts to work like younger cells again. Who is NCTF® treatment suitable for?

Treatment with NCTF® 135 HA is particularly suitable when the skin shows the first signs of fatigue or ageing – such as dryness, fine lines or a dull complexion.

A special area of application is the sensitive eye region: NCTF® has proven to be a gentle, well-tolerated method for fine lines around the eyes. Wrinkles on the neck and décolleté also respond well to treatment with NCTF®.

Important to know: Deep wrinkles cannot be smoothed by NCTF® alone. In such cases, a combination with other methods can be useful to enhance the effect.

NCTF® 135 HA is an effective treatment in itself – but together with other methods, it can improve the appearance of the skin even more specifically. The following combinations have proven particularly effective:

  • Profhilo®: This bio-remodeling treatment supplies the skin with hyaluronic acid and activates the body’s own collagen production. In combination with NCTF® 135 HA, this creates a synergistic effect: While Profhilo® provides moisture and elasticity, NCTF® also supplies around 60 bioactive substances for cell regeneration.
  • Microneedling: Controlled micro-injuries stimulate a physiological wound healing reaction with activation of collagen and elastin formation. NCTF® 135 HA can be applied as a serum during or immediately after treatment, as the skin has an increased absorption capacity during this phase and the ingredients can be optimally distributed.
  • Morpheus 8™: This method combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten even the deeper layers of the skin. The additional treatment with NCTF® 135 HA provides targeted support at cellular level and can reduce redness after treatment thanks to the regenerative properties of the serum.
  • Polynucleotides: These support skin regeneration, promote tissue quality and can have a positive effect on inflammatory processes.     In a personal consultation before treatment, we will discuss your treatment goals and possible useful combination treatments in order to optimize the result individually and improve it in the long term.

  • Treatment

    The NCTF active ingredient complex or a combination of other selected active ingredients is injected into the skin in many small, superficial microinjections. This is usually done using a special injection device (known as a mesoinjector), which delivers the active ingredients particularly evenly, gently and precisely to the right layer of skin. This makes the treatment more comfortable and in most cases achieves a better distribution of the active ingredients than individual manual injections.

  • Result

    Small wheals may be visible immediately after the treatment, which usually subside within a few hours. NCTF® then provides your skin with intensive moisture and nutrients. Nevertheless, we recommend repeating the treatment twice every 3 weeks for optimum results.

What do you need to bear in mind with NCTF® treatment?

Before treatment:

  • Combination with other treatments possible (e.g. Profhilo, polynucleotides, microneedling).

  • No active inflammation in the treated area (e.g. severe acne, cold sores).

  • We do not carry out NCTF®treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

After treatment:

  • Please refrain from intensive sport for one day.

  • Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for a few days – wear sunscreen with sun protection factor 50 when outdoors.

  • You should avoid saunas and steam baths for a few days.

NCTF® 135 HA is an injectable active ingredient solution with 60 nutrients – including hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. It revitalizes the skin at cellular level to counteract visible signs of ageing.

An NCTF® treatment costs €45 as an add-on as part of a vampire lift, microneedling or radiofrequency microneedling. In contrast, the cost of a single injection is €240. And if you would like to perform the treatment as an add-on to an injection (e.g. polynucleotides or Profhilo), NCTF® HA costs €130.

Following (radiofrequency) microneedling, NCTF® 135 HA can intensively moisturize the skin and support regeneration. Due to the temporarily increased absorption capacity of the skin, the treatment is often recommended as a useful add-on.

As a stand-alone treatment, three sessions are usually carried out at intervals of around three weeks for optimum results. Afterwards, one-off refresher treatments one to three times a year are sufficient to maintain the results.

Yes. The product is CE-certified, has been in use for over 20 years and is very well tolerated – side effects are rare and generally only temporary and mild (e.g. slight swelling or bruising).
